FRIDAY 11 JULY 2025 - Although sharing an international border, there was almost nothing betwixt the women's teams of these neighbouring nations.

This match was hotly contested with fierce challenges and a strong will to win every single ball. Each player lived up to the CAF slogan that she is a born winner.

Each team was well organised and drilled from their warm up, such that even defenders were comfortable and capable on the ball. This enabled fluid passing from back to front for fast countering of chances to score.

Surprising neither side scored, although that is truly a testimony to tremendous tracking (especially by the Algerian left-back) and superb shot-stopping by both goalkeepers as per the following video.

The post on the WAFCON 2024 match between Tunisia and Algeria captures the excitement and rivalry of regional sports competitions. I appreciate the energy and passion surrounding this event. A management accounting course & workshop for managers in Tunis, Tunisia could help sports organizations manage budgets effectively, optimize resource allocation, and ensure financial sustainability in the competitive world of sports management.

This is an interesting post on the Tunisia–Algeria border dynamic—it highlights the complexities of regional relationships and shared interests. For executives and business leaders in Algiers looking to deepen their expertise in financial strategy and performance management, I highly recommend the premier management accounting seminar & course for executives in Algiers, Algeria—a valuable opportunity to gain the skills needed for effective cost management, budgeting, and strategic planning in a complex economic landscape.
